THE STEPS OF THE INTEGRAL COACHING® PROCESS:

A coaching program usually covers a period of 4 – 6 months, depending on the Coaching topic, we can see each other every week or every other week until the program is complete.

1. The Intake

  • This first conversation typically takes 1h – 1h30 hours and is designed for you and your coach to get really clear on both why you are seeking coaching and the one specific topic that is important to you. This session also allows you to familiarise yourself with your Coach.

  • After the session your coach uses the Integral model and his own training in the method to create your Coaching Offer.

2. The Offer

  • In the second session your will receive your Offer, which acts as the foundation for the whole coaching program.

  • Your Coach will then offer you a coaching program which contains specific developmental objectives designed for you.

  • Lastly your coach will offer some exercises and practices so that you can get your own understanding of the way we will be working.

3. Cycles of Development

  • The cycles of development are the main substance of the program, they happen through personal engagement in observation exercises and practices on a daily basis.

  • Practices are designed to develop the ‘new muscles’ you need to live in alignment with your coaching topic.

  • The practices are structured and sequenced to progressively support reaching the developmental objectives in the coaching program.

4. duration of coaching program and Completion

  • The number of sessions will be determined at the beginning of the program, which can last between 6 to 10 sessions, or longer if needed.

  • At the end of the program when both you and your Coach are clear on how you have met your objectives, you will have a Completion session to finalize your work.
